Integrate Golf o'Clock with Kisi
Golf o'Clock is a booking and management platform built for indoor golf facilities. It handles reservations, memberships, payments, and day-to-day venue management in one system. When integrated with Kisi, facilities can automate access based on bookings or membership status, removing the need for staff at the front desk and enabling unmanned or extended-hour operations.

How access works
When a user makes a booking in Golf o'Clock, an unlock button becomes available in their Golf o'Clock customer portal for the duration of their reservation window. The button activates a configurable period before the booking starts (for example, 15 minutes before) and is deactivated after the session ends. Access is scoped to the specific bay and time window — users can only unlock the door assigned to their booking, and only during their session. Users unlock the door directly from the Golf o'Clock app without needing the Kisi app.
Access can also be granted based on membership status, allowing members to access the facility during their membership hours without a per-session booking.
