Integrate AllBooked with Kisi
AllBooked is booking and automation software for sports and recreational venue operators. Connect AllBooked with Kisi to automatically grant door access based on booking status — no front desk required.
AllBooked is owned by Skedda. In Zapier, the trigger app appears as Skedda.
This integration is built on top of Kisi's Zapier integration.
Prerequisites
- Kisi organization administrator rights
- An AllBooked account with admin access
- Kisi hardware installed and configured at your facility
- A Zapier account (free plan available)
Generate a Kisi API key
You need to have organization administrator or organization owner rights to create an API key. We recommend creating API keys from the organization owner's account, to avoid the API key becoming invalid when an organization admin loses their admin rights.
- Sign in to Kisi
- On the top right corner, click on your name and click on My Account
- Next, select the API tab and click on Add API Key
- Enter the name for the API key and your Kisi password and click Add
- Copy the API key shown on the screen and click Close
Set up the integration in AllBooked
- Sign in to your AllBooked admin account and navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Find Kisi and click Connect — you will be redirected to Zapier
- Sign in to Zapier, review the data permissions, and click Agree and Continue
If you do not have a Zapier account, create a free one at zapier.com, then return to the AllBooked integrations page and click Connect again.
Configure how access is granted
Each option uses the same Skedda trigger in Zapier: New User Booking. Choose a Kisi action based on your access method.
Option 1 — Send an access link (recommended)
Kisi emails the guest a time-limited link to unlock the door. Valid for the booking duration, works from any phone with no app install required. Use the Create Access Link action.
If the guest has no internet access on arrival, the link won't work. Consider whether that is a risk for your facility.
Option 2 — Create a scheduled unlock
Kisi keeps the door unlocked for the entire booking window. Anyone at the door during that time can enter — no action needed from the guest. Best for fully unstaffed facilities. Use the Create Unlock Schedule action.
If a booking is canceled, the unlock schedule is not removed automatically. Set a cancellation policy and ask customers to notify you so the schedule can be deleted manually in Kisi.
Option 3 — Unlock at booking start
Kisi unlocks the door at the exact moment the booking begins for 3–30 seconds depending on lock settings. Best for high-traffic venues where guests reliably arrive on time. Use the Unlock Lock action.
There is no buffer — if a guest arrives even a minute late, the door will already be locked.
How access works
- Access is tied to each booking. It is granted at the booking start and revoked when the booking ends — no manual steps needed.
- Canceling or modifying a booking in AllBooked updates Kisi access in real time for access links. For unlock schedules, cancellations must be handled manually in Kisi.
- Holding a membership does not grant standing door access. A booking must still be made; access follows the booking, not membership status.
- Each space can be linked to one Kisi door. For more complex setups (e.g., a shared entry gate plus individual bay doors), contact AllBooked support.
