Integrate Clubspot with Kisi
Clubspot is a full-stack club management platform built specifically for private clubs to manage members, staff, operations, and internal workflows in one centralized system. The Kisi integration automatically aligns facility access with member roles, schedules, and permissions, enabling secure entry to club spaces while reducing manual access management for administrators.

Prerequisites
- Kisi organization administrator rights
- Clubspot account with administrator access
- Lock IDs from your Kisi organization
Find your Kisi lock IDs
The lock ID is the numeric identifier visible in the browser URL when viewing a door in the Kisi web app (e.g. 123456 from https://web.kisi.io/organization/123/places/5432/locks/123456).
- Sign in to Kisi
- Navigate to your place and open the Doors section
- Click on a door and copy the lock ID from the URL
Set up the integration in Clubspot
- Contact Clubspot support to get the Kisi integration enabled on your account
- In Clubspot, navigate to Facilities > Access Points
- Add each lock device and enter its corresponding Kisi lock ID
- Configure membership access rules to determine who can unlock each door and when
- Test the integration through your club's Clubspot member app
Configure access rules
Access rules in Clubspot control which members can unlock which doors and under what conditions. Rules can be configured based on:
- Membership type
- Member groups or tags
- Billing items (e.g. an annual driving range pass)
- Existing reservations (e.g. a simulator booking)
- Time-based restrictions
To configure access rules:
- In Clubspot, navigate to Facilities > Access Points
- Select the access point you want to configure
- Set the access rules based on membership type, groups, billing items, or reservations
- Save your configuration
Members must have access to your club's Clubspot member portal in order to use the door access functionality.
