Kisi Android app
As a Kisi admin, you can use the Kisi Android app to manage access to your facilities. Regular users can use the app to unlock doors with their phone.
Prerequisites
- Android smartphone with Android 8.0 or later
Admin features
- Manage users, groups, and access rights
- Issue and revoke temporary access via access links
- Monitor event history and user activity in real time, with up to 90 days of history
- Enroll NFC credentials directly from your device
- Enroll Kisi hardware using your phone
- Respond to security incidents with place and door lockdown
- Monitor intrusion detection zones
User features
- See the list of the doors you have access to and unlock them inside the app
- Tap to Unlock (requires NFC permission): open a door by holding your Android device up to a Kisi Reader
- MotionSense (requires NFC permission): wave your hand in front of the reader to unlock the door (only supported by MotionSense-enabled doors)

The Kisi Wear OS app
The Kisi Wear OS app allows you to open doors without using your phone. Please note that the Wear OS app comes bundled with the Android app. This means, you need have the Android app installed on your phone in order to use the Wear OS app.
Once the app is opened, you will be able to see a list of all doors, with your favorite doors being on top of the list. The Kisi Wear OS app also supports Tap to unlock.
The app is compatible with watches using Wear OS 3.0 or later.
Make sure you have the Kisi Android app installed at version 41.0 or a more recent release to ensure seamless functionality and data synchronization between your smartphone and smartwatch.
