Kiosk setup and enrollment
Assemble the stand using the instructions included in the package. Then connect the Kisi Kiosk, set up the label printer, and enroll the device before configuring it in the Kisi dashboard.
Connect the Kisi Kiosk
The Kisi Kiosk needs both power and internet connectivity. We recommend using PoE (Power over Ethernet) for the simplest setup. Connect the Kisi Kiosk using the included PoE to USB-C adapter — this single cable provides both power and internet through your network switch.
If you don't have PoE, connect the Kisi Kiosk with a USB-C power cable and configure Wi-Fi during the enrollment process.
Set up the label printer
The bundle includes a Brother label printer for printing visitor badges.
- Unpack the printer from its packaging
- Remove the protective film from the printer
- Insert a DK-22205 label roll into the printer
- Disregard any label rolls included with the printer, as only DK-22205 rolls are supported
- Connect the power supply to the printer
- On first startup, set the date and time on the printer
- Connect the printer to your network using one of these methods:
- Connect via ethernet cable for immediate use
- Connect via Wi-Fi (see instructions below)
Connect the printer to Wi-Fi
- Press the Menu button repeatedly until you reach the WLAN option
- Click OK
- Verify that WLAN (On/Off) is set to On
- Scroll down to Infra Manual Setting and click OK
- Wait for the printer to find available networks
- Select your network from the list
- Enter your Wi-Fi password:
- Use the Menu button to switch between uppercase, lowercase, symbols, or numbers

The printer will display a Wi-Fi symbol on the main display when successfully connected.
Only DK-22205 label rolls are supported. Do not use any other label roll types.
Enroll the Kisi Kiosk to device management
Before you can configure the Kisi Kiosk functions, you need to enroll it to the device management system.
- Power on the Kisi Kiosk
- On the first screen that appears, tap the same spot on the screen six times in a row
- Select your language
- Scan the QR code provided in the instructions
- If using Wi-Fi, select a network and enter the password
- This step is automatically skipped if you connected the Kisi Kiosk using the PoE to USB-C adapter
- Agree to the terms and conditions and select your country
- Click Begin to download TinyMDM and accept the terms of use
- Complete the TinyMDM enrollment process

The Kisi Kiosk is now enrolled and ready to be configured through the Kisi dashboard. The screen may display "fetching data" until you complete the configuration steps.
The first screen may vary depending on the device manufacturer. Whether it's a language selection screen or another screen, always tap six times on the initial screen.
