Configure Kiosk door unlock
The Kisi Kiosk acts as a reader. Users unlock the door by scanning the QR code on the Kiosk. If a third-party integration uses the door linked to the Kisi Kiosk to trigger check-ins, unlocking via the Kiosk will trigger those check-ins just as unlocking the door at any other reader would.
Register the Kiosk in your Kisi organization
- Sign in to Kisi
- Navigate to Hardware
- Click on the Kiosk tab
- Enter the Kiosk's token and name it
- Click Add
Assign a door
- Navigate to Hardware > Kiosk and click on the Kiosk you want to configure
- Search for and select the door that will unlock when users scan the QR code at the Kiosk
