Configure bookings for Kisi Kiosk

The Kisi Kiosk can display a bookings page, allowing users to browse and reserve spaces directly from the device. Once configured, users interact with bookings on the Kiosk the same way they would on any other booking page.

Prerequisites

  • A configured bookings location. Follow the Set up bookings guide before continuing.

Step 1: Enable Kiosk display in the location settings

  1. Sign in to Kisi
  2. Click the integrations icon (3x3 grid of dots)
  3. Click Bookings in the list of integrations
  4. Click Configure Integration
  5. Click Location Settings, choose your location, and click Settings
  6. Under Location Settings, enable the Show in Kisi Kiosk toggle

Step 2: Assign the bookings location to the Kiosk

  1. Navigate to Hardware > Kiosk and click on the Kiosk you want to configure
  2. Scroll down and click Add Application
  3. Find the name of the bookings location you configured and click Add

The Kisi Kiosk Pro will now display the bookings page for that location, and users can browse and book available spaces directly from the device.
