Kisi Terminal Pro

The Kisi Terminal Pro expands upon the functionality of the Reader Pro 2.1, transforming it into a versatile check-in station and QR code terminal. It supports various credentials, including QR codes, Apple Passes, RFID and NFC credentials, and mobile credentials.

Tamper protection​

The Kisi Reader Pro 2 is equipped with a magnetic sensor that detects if the reader is removed from it's backplate. Removal should not occur during normal operations, as it indicates tampering. Whenever tampered with, the reader will send a tamper event to the Kisi Cloud. Additionally, if the door assigned to the reader is part of an intrusion detection zone, the zone will turn on its alarm.

A tamper event will only be triggered if the reader is removed from its own backplate. If the reader is removed from the Kisi Terminal with the backplate still attached, it will not trigger a tamper event.
