Add Multiple Locations

Kisi Visitors Kiosk supports multiple locations per organization. Each location can have its own separate list of allowed hosts (including SAML sync if included in the pricing plan), visit reasons, configurable fields and branding. Note that NDA agreements will be the same across all locations. To add a new location:

  1. Click Self-Check-In button in the Visitor Management app.
  2. Click Add Location next to the Location Name field.
  3. Configure Kiosk parameterd for the new location and click Save
  4. Switch between locations by clicking Select Location
  5. Download a separate QR code or copy a registration link to share with visitors for each location.

Accept Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

You can upload an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) as a PDF file if you want visitors to accept it before check-in.

  1. Navigating to the Agreements tab in the self-check-in settings (Self-Check-in > Settings > Agreements).
  2. Once uploaded, visitors will not be able to complete check-in without accepting the NDA.
  3. Only one active NDA version can be in use per organization at a time. If your NDA agreement changes, you can upload a new version.
  4. The visitor management log tracks and displays which NDA version each visitor has accepted, and this information can be exported as a CSV file.
  5. You can review the history of uploaded NDA versions at the Agreements tab.

If you plan to use Self-Check-In on a dedicated device (like an iPad or tablet), you can connect a badge or sticker printer to print visitor badges.

  2. Navigate to the form settings in Kisi and enable Badge Printing.
  3. Open the link to the self-check-in form and check in a test visitor.
  4. A badge will be generated and available to print from the device screen.
  5. Click Print and select the printer configured in the previous step.

Afterward, the branded visitor badge—featuring the visitor’s name, date, and reason for the visit—will be printed.
