Review controller details
On the controller's overview page, you can conveniently review important hardware identification details such as device ID, token, Ethernet MAC, and Wi-Fi MAC. This provides a quick and easy way to identify the correct device and troubleshoot any potential issues.
- Sign in to Kisi
- Navigate to the place where your controller is installed
- Click on Hardware
- Select the Controllers tab
- Select on the controller you'd like to review details for
- Under General, find the controll identification details
Controller details depend on which controller type and revision you have. Use the tabs below to identify your device.

- Controller Pro 2 revision above 553xxxxxx

Click on any of these values to copy it to the clipboard.
Change controller name
As a Kisi admin, you can anytime change the name of your controllers.
- Sign in to Kisi
- Navigate to the place where your controller is installed
- Click on Hardware
- Select the Controllers tab
- Click on the controller you want to rename
- Under General, click on Name
- Enter the new name for your controller
- Click Save
