Copy users' access to another group

You can copy the access of all users in a group to another group. This adds every user from the source group to the destination group, without removing them from the original one.

This is useful for duplicating groups with similar access without manually reassigning users, recovering from group scope mistakes by copying users into a correctly scoped group, and triggering "Access Granted" emails after setup by enabling communications and copying users' access to a temporary group.

Copy users to another group

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. Click on Groups in the sidebar and select the group you want to copy users from
3. Scroll down and click on Share Access
4. Select the Copy Users tab
5. Under What group?, search for and select the group you want to copy the users to
6. Choose whether to notify the users
7. Click Copy

The copy process runs in your browser, so it may take some time to complete. Keep the browser window open until the process finishes.
