Set up Emergency Roll Call

Kisi's Emergency Roll Call feature ensures quick and accurate tracking of people during emergencies. It helps confirm who is safe and who is missing, using real-time updates and last known locations. Ideal for schools, gyms, and hospitals, it streamlines emergency response and boosts safety.

Prerequisites

To use this integration, you'll need a Kisi Reader and a new Access Point added to your Kisi Place, with the reader assigned to that Access Point.

Set up Emergency Roll Call

  1. Sign in to Kisi
  2. Open the Settings and click on Integrations > Add Integration
  3. Define the name of your new Emergency Roll Call integration
  4. Open the Type dropdown and select Emergency Roll Call
  5. Enable the integration
  6. Click Add

Configure Emergency Roll Call settings

  1. Navigate to the Emergency Roll Call page
  2. On the top right, click the Settings icon
  3. Select the Place
  4. Select the Access point
  5. Define the name of your Muster Point, which refers to the designated assembly area where personnel will gather during an emergency.
  6. Define clear and concise Emergency Instructions, outlining the necessary steps, e.g.: "Proceed immediately to the designated muster point, badge in at the roll call station and wait for further instructions."
  7. Click Save
