Activate Emergency Roll Call

Follow the steps below to activate and terminate the Emergency Roll Call feature during and after an actual emergency.

  1. Navigate to Integrations and select the Emergency Roll Call integration that has been created
  2. Click Initiate Roll Call

Upon activation of the Emergency Roll Call, all users will receive an email notification with the muster point location and instructions that were defined during configuration.

For personnel who, for any reason, can't badge in at the roll call station, you can manually mark their presence by clicking Mark Present. The date and time of this action will be recorded.

You can monitor user status by switching between All Personnel and Pending Personnel tabs.

Terminate Emergency Roll Call

Follow the steps below to conclude the Emergency Roll Call and finalize the tracking process.

  1. On the Emergency Roll Call page, click End Roll Call
  2. To receive a report (CSV file) of the Roll Call, click on Export
