Integrate Croissant with Kisi

The Croissant integration allows you to instantly grant coworking members access upon signup and enable them to unlock your space from their mobile phone.

Prerequisites

• Kisi organization administrator rights
• Croissant account
• Doors configured with Kisi hardware

Grant Croissant access to your Kisi organization

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. Navigate to Users and invite admin@getcroissant.com as a user

Collect your Kisi details and add them to Croissant

Gather the following information from your Kisi dashboard:

• Access name: name of the door (e.g., "Front Door")
• Domain: Your organization namespace (found in Settings)
• Lock ID: Unique identifier from the browser URL when viewing a door (e.g., 123456 from https://web.kisi.io/organization/123/places/5432/locks/123456)

Then, provide these details to Croissant:

1. Sign in to the Croissant partner portal
2. Navigate to Integrations > Access Control
3. Select Kisi and click Configure
4. Enter your Access name, Domain, and Lock ID
5. Wait for Croissant to activate the integration (typically within 24 hours)
6. Test the connection using the gear icon next to your lock

Repeat the steps above to connect multiple doors.
