Integrate Archie with Kisi
Archie's integration with Kisi allows you to automatically sync your Archie accounts with Kisi and simplify access control in your office.

Prerequisites
- Kisi organization administrator rights
- Archie account
Set up the Archie integration
Generate a Kisi API key
- Sign in to Kisi
- On the top right corner, click on your name and click on My Account
- Next, select the API tab and click on Add API key
- Enter your name, your Kisi password, and your verification code and click Add
- Copy the API key shown on the screen and click Close
Configure the Kisi integration in Archie
- Sign in to Archie
- Go to Settings > Integrations > App Marketplace
- Locate the Kisi app and click View Integration
- Click Connect Kisi Account
- Enter your API key generated in the first step and select the place
- Click Connect
Complete configuration in Archie
After connecting your Kisi account, you'll need to complete additional configuration steps in Archie. For detailed step-by-step instructions, refer to Archie's comprehensive integration guide.
Following the guide, configure the following steps in Archie:
- Configure app settings: Enable mobile app unlock and optional Tap to Unlock features
- Set up door access for plans: Add door access to your plans, services, or day passes
- Configure elements: Set up door access for rooms, offices, and desks
- Manage user accounts: Manually assign or modify Kisi accounts for users
- Set up visitor access: Configure door access for visitors

Tap to Unlock with the Kisi app is automatically enabled for all users. You can ignore the "Enable tap to unlock in Kisi" step mentioned in Archie's documentation as this feature is already active by default.
