Set up In-and-Out Tracking

You can set up In-and-Out Tracking to maximize space utilization and get more accurate occupancy insights. By installing Kisi Readers on both sides of your door, you can track exactly when a user enters and exits your space. In-and-Out Tracking doesn't require a Kisi Controller, only two Kisi Reader Pros.

Enable In-and-Out Tracking

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. Navigate to the place you want to edit
3. Click on Hardware
4. Choose the reader you want to enable as Checkout Reader
5. Under the General settings, toggle on Checkout Reader
6. Click Save
