Integrate DoorBird with Kisi

With the DoorBird integration you can seamlessly manage your visitors, always see who is at your door, and grant them access to your building from anywhere in the world.

Prerequisites

• Kisi mobile app
• Kisi organization administrator rights

Configure the integration in DoorBird

1. Sign in to DoorBird
2. Tap the gear icon at the bottom right corner to open the Settings
3. Open the Devices section
4. Scroll down and tap on Smartlocks
5. Scroll down and select Kisi Controller (API integration)
6. In the KisiApi dialogue, enter your Kisi username, password, and your organization domain. Treat organzation domain as case-sensitive.
7. Tap on Continue
8. In the next dialogue, select the door you want the DoorBird app to open
9. Tap OK
10. Go back using the back arrow
11. Tap on Save

Test the integration

1. Tap the Live View icon at the bottom left corner of the DoorBird app
2. Once you see the live view, tap the key icon on the left side
3. Tap on Kisi Controller (API integration) to unlock the door
4. Verify the success notification on the bottom
