Review reports

Kisi is logging every event that occurs at an organization, the user responsible for that event, and the time when that event happened. Users with certain organization-level roles can export these as reports.

Event reports help you to find and further investigate a specific event in your Kisi environment. They provide a list of properties that you can download in a .csv file format.

  1. Sign in to Kisi
  2. Navigate to Reports
  3. Under the Event Exports tab, click on New Report
  4. Open the Export Type dropdown and select your preferred report type:
    1. To see all events across your entire organization, select All events
    2. To see events at a specific place, select Place-specific events, and define the place
  5. Specify the date range to define the time period covered by the report
  6. Click Export
  7. Once the report is created, click on the download button
