Lost or stolen credential

If a credential is ever lost or stolen, both the assigned user and administrators have the ability to delete, deactivate, and deassign it through the Kisi web and mobile apps. Inform your Kisi administrator of this situation immediately to prevent others from gaining unauthorized access using your assigned credential.

If you have lost your credential and have the Kisi mobile app on your phone, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to Kisi on mobile
  2. Tap on the User settings in the upper right corner:
  1. Tap on Cards
  1. Tap on the lost card and select the option that fits you best:
  • Deactivate: to keep the credential on the list, with the possibility to activate it again
  • Deassign: to deassign the card from your user
