Live monitoring

Live monitoring lets you view the video streams from all cameras that support live video, alongside real-time unlock information, in a single view.

Live Monitoring is available to any user with the events read permission for the place, not just place admins.

View live camera streams

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. In the left-hand menu, click Signals, then Live Monitoring
3. Select your place in the top left corner
4. Choose the camera you want to view from the list of cameras set up for that place

Only cameras that support live video streaming are available in Live Monitoring. Currently, VORTEX by VIVOTEK is the only marketplace integration that supports it. You can still use this page to view the list of unlock events even if a place has no compatible camera set up.

View unlock information

Alongside the live video stream, Live Monitoring shows the last event and a table of the previous events for the selected place, including:

• User - the user who unlocked, or Unknown User if the identity isn't known (e.g. a request to exit button)
• Type - the kind of event, e.g. Unlock
• Status - whether access was granted or denied
• Time - the time the event occurred
• Door - the door the event occurred at

Filter by door

To narrow down the unlock feed, filter to the door of your choosing by selecting it in the Filter by door searchbar. Only events for the selected door will be shown.
