Integrate Yardi Kube with Kisi

Yardi Kube is an all-in-one coworking and flexible workspace management platform that helps operators manage members, bookings, billing, IT, and workspace operations. The Kisi integration connects Kisi access control with Kube so workspace operators can manage door access, cards, and property access setup through the Kube onboarding and support workflow.

Prerequisites

• Kisi organization administrator rights
• A Yardi Kube account with the appropriate property configured
• Your Kisi organization set up in Kisi
• A Kisi organization admin user created for Yardi, using the format provided by Yardi support or onboarding staff

Set up the integration

The Kisi integration for Kube is configured with assistance from Yardi.

1. Confirm that your Kisi organization has been created, and that the admin user created in the prerequisites has organization admin access
2. Notify your Yardi Kube implementation or support contact that the Kisi organization admin has been created
3. Yardi completes the Kube-side configuration, including connecting your Kisi organization to the correct Kube property
4. Yardi maps the applicable Kisi place and locks to the corresponding Kube property and doors
5. Once configuration is complete, Yardi Support or Onboarding provides door access training
