Integrate Kisi with Zapier

Prerequisites

• Kisi organization administrator rights
• Webhooks by Zapier

Set up the Zapier trigger

1. Sign in to Zapier
2. Click on Make a Zap and choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger
3. Select Catch Hook as the trigger event
4. Click Continue
5. Next, you'll see a Custom Webhook URL. Copy it, leave the window open, and navigate to Kisi.

Create the Kisi Webhook integration

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. Click the integrations icon (3x3 grid of dots) > Add Integration
3. Define the name of your integration, e.g. Zapier
4. From the Type dropdown choose Event Webhook
5. In the URL field enter the Webhook URL copied from Zapier
6. Under Event types, select the events that should trigger the webhook
7. Click Save
