Integrate Nexudus with Kisi

The Nexudus integration with Kisi allows you to instantly grant coworking members access to the appropriate areas of the space based on their membership tier or price plan.

Prerequisites​

  • Kisi organization administrator rights
  • Nexudus account

Setup the Nexudus integration​

Generate a Kisi API key​

  1. Sign in to Kisi
  2. On the top right corner, click on your name and click on My Account
  3. Next, select the API tab and click on Add API key
  4. Enter your name, your Kisi password, and your verification code and click Add
  5. Copy the API key shown on the screen and click Close

Configure the Kisi integration in Nexudus​

  1. Sign in to Nexudus
  2. Click on Settings and then select Integrations
  3. Scroll down to find Kisi and enable the Kisi integration
  4. Enable the Kisi integration toggle
  5. Add your Kisi API token you obtained before
  6. Select No access policy
  7. Click Save changes
  8. Now, the Resources and Passes sections will appear below the initial form to let you link Kisi access groups to your resources and passes
    • Resources: Select the Kisi access group that corresponds to each resource. You can leave the field empty if you don't want to connect a resource to Kisi.
    • Passes: Select the Kisi access group that corresponds to each pass. You can leave the field empty if you don't want to connect a pass to Kisi.

Customers are automatically added to the relevant Kisi groups as long as they have valid time or day passes connected to Kisi groups in their account. They are removed from the relevant Kisi groups shortly after they run out of valid passes.
