Session timeout
As a Kisi admin, you have the ability to configure a time duration after which inactive users of the Kisi web application will be automatically logged out and redirected to the sign-in page.

This setting does not affect users logged in to the Kisi mobile apps.
- Sign in to Kisi
- Navigate to Settings
- Scroll down to Security
- Under Session timeout, specify the desired timeout duration in days, hours, or minutes
- Click Save
