Create account and sign in

To interact with the API, you must obtain an account first. A new account can be created by Kisi Support, or by existing users in your organization.

If Kisi creates a new organization for you​

Once a new Kisi Organization is created, the organization owner receives an automatic email with a New Authentication Link.

  1. In the email, click on the Sign In button.
  2. The magic link will prompt you to create a new account in your Organization environment
  3. Enter your name, password and accept the Terms and Conditions
  4. Click Sign in, and you will be taken to your Organization

If a user in your organization creates an account for you​

  1. Navigate to the Kisi Sign In page
  2. Under Organization domain, enter your Organization domain given to you by Kisi
  3. Click Continue
  4. Enter your email and password, and click Sign In
  5. [If you have two-factor authentication enabled] Enter a verification code from your authenticator app
  6. Click Verify

Alternatively, you can use the Send me a sign-in link button to receive your sign-in link via email.

Congratulations, your Kisi account is now ready. In the next step you can go and create your first place.
