Organization owners and admins can transfer their organization to another user of their choice.
- Sign in to Kisi
- Go to Organization Setup > Transfer Organization
- Add the user email you want to transfer the organization to
- Click Request Transfer
- If the user you transferred the organization to doesn’t have a Kisi account yet, first they will receive an email with an authentication link. With this, they can create their Kisi account.
- If the user you transferred the organization to has already a Kisi account, they will receive an email with an Accept link.
- To accept the transfer, they need to first sign in to their Kisi account. Then follow the accept link and click Accept.
