Transfer an organization to another user

Organization owners and admins can transfer their organization to another user of their choice.

  1. Sign in to Kisi
  2. Go to Organization Setup > Transfer Organization
  3. Add the user email you want to transfer the organization to
  4. Click Request Transfer
  • If the user you transferred the organization to doesn’t have a Kisi account yet, first they will receive an email with an authentication link. With this, they can create their Kisi account.
  • If the user you transferred the organization to has already a Kisi account, they will receive an email with an Accept link.
  1. To accept the transfer, they need to first sign in to their Kisi account. Then follow the accept link and click Accept.
