Reset your password

If you know your Kisi password but want to change it, you can do so under your account settings.

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. Click on your account in the top right corner and select My account
3. Click on the Security tab
4. In the Current Password field, enter your current password
5. In the New Password field, enter your new password
6. In the Confirm Password field, enter your new password again
7. Click Save

If you want to update your email address for a Kisi account, please reach out to your Kisi admin so that they can share access to your new email address.
