Remove credentials

You can change the status of a credential by either deleting, deactivating, or deassigning it.

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. On your organization dashboard, navigate to Credentials
3. Select the credential you want to change the status of
4. Select the option that fits you best:

• Delete to remove the credential from the list
• Deactivate to keep the credential on the list, with the possibility to activate it again
• Deassign to keep the credential on the list, with the possibility to assign it to another user
