Enable two-factor authentication
You can enable two-factor authentication for third-party credentials. This is needed if you are using legacy keypad readers with two-factor authentication enabled.
- Navigate to your organization dashboard
- Click on Credentials
- Select the credential you want to enable two-factor authentication for
- Scroll down and enter a code in the Card PIN code field
- Make sure the Two-factor authentication toggle is enabled
- Click Save
