Understand the admin dashboard

Welcome to your admin dashboard, the main control panel of your Kisi environment.

The left hand navigation includes everything you need to:

The Organization Setup menu allows you to fine-tune your organization settings: set up alert policies, integrate Kisi with other systems, or update your billing information.

Once your Kisi system is used, you might want to audit it on a weekly or monthly basis: review place and user analytics, event history, and download reports.

In the top navigation bar, you can:

  • Open the dropdown menu to switch between places
  • Click the rocket icon to read the newest product updates
  • See if there are any event notifications from alert policies
  • Click on your username to edit account settings, switch account or sign out

Organization vs. place dashboard

The left hand navigation on the place dashboard is slightly different than the one on the organization dashboard.

  • Place users is a list of the users that have access to at least one door in this place
  • Place groups is a list of the groups that belong only to this place

By using Capacity Management you can monitor and manage the capacity at your place.

By setting up Intrusion Detection you can see the status of your zones and manage alarm schedules.
