Create account and sign in to Kisi

You need to create an account before using Kisi. To create a Kisi account, you must have an active Kisi organization membership. For more information, please reach out to Kisi Support.

Create your Kisi account and sign in for the first time

Web

Once a new Kisi organization is created, the organization owner receives an automatic email with a New Authentication Link.

1. In the email, click on the Sign In button
2. The magic link will prompt you to create a new account in your Organization environment
3. Enter your name, password and accept the Terms and Conditions
4. Click Sign in, and you will be taken to your Organization

Mobile

As a Kisi organization owner, you can create your account and sign in directly from your mobile, using the Kisi Android or iOS app.

1. Install the Android and/or the iOS app to your mobile device(s)
2. Open the app and request a sign-in link
3. In the email, tap on the Sign In button
4. The magic link will prompt you to create a new account in your Organization environment
5. Enter your name, password and accept the Terms and Conditions
6. Tap on Sign in, and you will be taken to your Organization

tip

If you can't find the email with your sign-in link, navigate to https://web.kisi.io/users/sign_in, click on Send me a sign-in link, and enter your email address.

Sign in after the first time

Web

1. Navigate to the Kisi Sign In page
2. Under Organization domain, enter your Organization domain given to you by Kisi
3. Click Continue
4. Enter your email and password, and click Sign In

Mobile

1. Open your Kisi app
2. Tap on the Plus sign at the top right corner of the screen
3. Enter your email and tap on Continue. Go to your inbox and tap on the sign-in link you received.
4. Enter your Kisi Organization domain. If you don't know your domain, click on Don't know your organization's domain?
5. Authenticate with your email and password

tip

• If you don't know your organization domain, click on Don't know your organization's domain? and enter your email address.
• If you get the I am not part of an organization error during a sign in attempt, reach out to your contact at the organization you are trying to sign in to.
